I have been here for a little over a week and I must say the service from the leasing office and the maintenance crew has been out of this world. The communication is fast and effective and the staff gets back to me quickly and is super helpful. Living here has been amazing so far and convenient and quiet. I would give 10 stars if I could. SHOUT OUT to Luis & Andrew on the maintenance team. You guys are truly so helpful.

At first, I was skeptical about the almost 5-star rating, but after living here for 9 months, I totally get it. Big shoutout to Hailey, our agent—she's super professional and quick to respond. The maintenance team is always on it, making everything run smoothly. Everything sets perfectly for an ideal living environment, and I totally recommend it for its awesome service and standards.

I’ve been living here since June and can honestly say that this is the BEST apartment I’ve ever rented. The price is good for what you get, spacious rooms with amazing amenities. The pool is sooooo beautiful and the gym is awesome, everything’s well maintained! Special shout out to the maintenance team especially Andrew!! We had a few issues when we 1st moved in (all odd balls, nothing really the apartment’s fault) and Andrew handled them all beautifully. He’s super fast, patient and humble, and overall just the nicest person ever. He puts on those shoe covers when he enters and is super respectful to our place. The office team is also top notch, it’s so much easier to submit issues over the app than calling. By far we are really pleased with our experiences here!

I've been with Avalon for several years now and I've had very minimal issues. But really what's makes that possible is the staff that work here. For example, Veronica Hecker (one of the service managers) has been an absolute gem to us. She's been our administrative manager for a while now and she is awesome. She is responsive, knowledgable, accessible, and truly has your best interest in mind. People like her are the reasons why we've had such positive experiences with Avalon. This is one of several examples that makes these apartments a comfortable space to live in and call home.

This has been my favorite apartment to live at to date! The leasing office staff are so friendly and always answers questions promptly in the apartment app. The maintenance team is fantastic and always fixes my issues the day I submit the request. The property itself is well maintained with frequent cleanings of the amenities. Happy to be a resident here!
